มิตซูบิชิ เอลเลเวเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) นำโดย คุณคาโอริ ทาคาฮาชิ กรรมการผู้จัดการ จัดงานสัมมนาในหัวข้อ “ระบบขนส่งลิฟต์และบันไดเลื่อน และแนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ปี 2567” โดยให้ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับลิฟต์ บันไดเลื่อน แก่นักพัฒนาโครงการ เจ้าของโครงการ สถาปนิก และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต
ทั้งนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจากแขกรับเชิญพิเศษมาร่วมเสวนาพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มของตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ปี 2567 คือ คุณศิลป์ชัย ปังประเสริฐกุล กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท POF ARCH & CONS จำกัด และเป็นคณะทำงานศูนย์ภูเก็ต สมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ และ คุณรักเกียรติ ดีดพิณ นักผังเมืองชำนาญการ สำนักโยธาธิการและผังเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ได้มาเป็นวิทยากรในงานเสวนา Dinner Talk เพื่อร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในปี 2567

Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) led by Ms. Kaori Takahashi, Managing Director held the seminar on the topic “ Vertical Transportation & Real Estate Trends of the Year of the Dragon” for developers, owners, architects, and those who are concerned with real estate industry in the Southern and Phuket areas.
We are honored by the special guests, Mr. Silpchai Pangprasertgul, Managing Director of POF ARCH & CONS Co., Ltd., a working group for the Phuket Center, Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage and Mr. Rakkiat Ditphin, the urban planner, Chief Office of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, who are the speakers in Dinner Talk to share knowledge, experience and trends about real estate market in Phuket in the next year 2024.
The purpose of this event is to provide basic knowledge about the elevator and escalator systems for the highest safety to understand the laws and regulations, how to choose the elevator to match each building, and the market trend of the Phuket real estate industry in 2024. The event was held at Phuket Kalima Resort and Spa.
