สำหรับการจัดงานเย็นทั่วหน้ามหาสงกรานต์ภูเก็ต 2567 เป็นการสนับสนุนให้ประเทศไทยเป็น Festival Hub of Asia ด้วยการนำกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายมารวมไว้ภายในงาน สะท้อนความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีของแต่ละท้องถิ่น แต่ละชาติพันธุ์ ที่ความแตกต่าง ซึ่งเป็นเสน่ห์และอัตลักษณ์ที่สร้างความสัมพันธ์ในมิติทางสังคมระหว่างครองครัว ชุมชน และประเทศชาติ ผ่านกิจกรรมเทศกาลสงกรานต์แบบวิถีท้องถิ่นของชาวภูเก็ต
